Who We Are

Centra HQ is an accounting dashboard built for service businesses. We provide tools to help you manage clients, contracts, invoices, proposals, support tickets, and revenue forecasting.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Centra HQ only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not use the platform to store or transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, interfere with the platform's performance or availability, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Centra HQ, including client records, contracts, invoices, and any other content you create. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and we do not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the platform.

Subscription and Payment

Certain features of Centra HQ may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before any charge is made. Subscriptions are billed on the cycle you select at signup. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that we determine, at our discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the Centra HQ platform, including the design, code, and content we create, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our written permission. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Centra HQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centra HQ and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
